Most are s/hand, some were bought new from local shops.

search BAR air rifles in to google,they have quit a few and the people are very helpfull and its fast dilivery.its where i got mine and i have no problems with it
no problem mate i was thinking of doing a review of thee weirauch silencer using a party popper (no mechanism noise) i was mucking around and the silencers are realy impressive when it is 100% muzzel noise. Just take the charge from the party popper and put it in a pen so the string hangs out the nib hole

to me they all sound just as quite, just different pitches, but then again i dont trust my own ears : S have you thought about using so kinda sound editor w/db scale and compare w/out silencer??? plug in a cheap mic and measure the difference from prob could find some kinda freeware from tucow. im dyin to know which is the best silencer!!! keep up the good work gunvidder!!!
I’ve done some off camera tests with a basic sound meter & the readings conflicted with my view.
The frequencies (pitch – tone) do seem to make things difficult to judge a good or bad silencer.
Are you shooting FAC guns or 12 ft/lbs?
And what do you think about the weihrauch silencer – is it good?

am from Cyprus, and the silencer on this gun is not legal (?!?!), so they suply us (if we buy this kind of gun) with a custom-made silencer, that is just an empty tube. the guy before said that they look like hair rollers, but wat is the other matterial that you show on 0:47 ?? and the other things are plastic washers? thanks!!

I’m trying different moddified baffles to find if I can make it better.
@ImNewToThis100 No. Some even say It improves things as It strips turbulant air from around the pellet.
Mines got two baffles between each back to back ?
Interesting test , but are you just shooting the compressed air through the silencer or is there an actual projectile moving through the silencer. Actually shooting a projectile and just firing air make a big difference in the efficiency of the silencer and the sound, as the projectile will force the gas stream into the silencer ,while just shooting air just comes out the end of the silencer with no restrictions.

i have a webley raider 2 shot. how do i remove the silencer because it doesnt seem to budge.
you should shoot a loaded gun, cuz the pellet works as a cover for the supressor, in other words shooting with a pellet will be way more silent then shooting blank
