The Benjamin Air Rifle Company has a long history starting out in 1902 when they first started their gun business. The company was first founded by Walter Benjamin in St. Louis. Today the company manufactures their high quality pellet air rifles in East Bloomfield New York.
Benjamin has also had several changes in ownership since it was founded at the beginning of the last century. Most notably was the purchase of Benjamin and Sheridan by the Crosman Corporation back in 1992.
Crosman has their own line of CO2 airguns but also sells air rifles and pistols under the Benjamin name as well.
