Highlights from my trip to Phoenix Arizona (from my perspective). It goes without saying that I had an absolute blast, and I am certain to return if the organizers (AoA and Phoenix Airgun) take it upon themselves to put on this show again. I would have liked to mention everyone by name – especially the guys who put in tireless hours to make this event happen. But, in the end, I decided that discretion is best, so I kept everyone’s identity to first names only. There was also a MASSIVE raffle. I bought a mess of tickets, but I didn’t win anything. I remember Marauder and Sumatra air rifles – a Shoebox Compressor – guns cases – shooting mats – gear bags – tank covers – and a ton of other great stuff. Unfortunately, I didn’t film any of that raffle drawing because my camera battery died, and I was shoveling Pizza in my face (like everyone else – except maybe Luiz).
The one thing I do remember is a young man winning a Sumatra .22 AND the Shoebox compressor (and maybe a tank, too). We were all smiling at his good fortune. I managed to capture one photo of him and his mother (and Luiz) accepting the gun. It is towards the end of the video. Huge Thank You to the boys at AoA and Phoenix Airgun for all the late nights they spent putting together that incredible day, as well as the cornucopia of prizes donated by the sponsors. ted. So here are the links I promised at the end of the video. Organizers and Sponsors: Airguns of Arizona: www.airgunsofarizona.com Phoenix Airgun …

Can you make a hunting video with the benjamin marauder
Way to go Ted! I must say that to go and shoot when you hadn’t prepared to, and using two guns you aren’t totally familiar with and getting those results… fantastic! It looked like a great time for all. Thanks as always for the great videos and I look forward to the next.
Show up to an event that you’ve never competed at without your rifle, stand, wind vanes, AND place 3rd and 4th overall. Wow! Nice job. Keep the vids coming.
well done Ted – 3rd place is very impressive especially as you weren’t even your own rifle. I really enjoy your videos so look forward to many more. Another Dave in the UK.

Great video.

Thanks for sharing the info for this event.
Lucky No13 – A bet you’ll be barred from competitions from now on!
This confirms my suspicion that you are a great shooter. At least when you are not shivering from the cold. LOL I loved the video it was educational for me having never seen anything like it .
