There is no difficulty in obtaining a silenced shotgun; assuming you are already a Shotgun Certificate holder you just walk into a shop and buy one. Because they are reworks of standard guns and need to be resubmitted to Proof, they tend to be expensive. About $600 will get you a new one in 12 gauge.
i hope that one day alot of the gun laws in the uk get repealed

Very interesting. Yes, it’s too bad that sound suppressors are frowned on in the US. If they had been available, many of us would have much better hearing!
Did the Hushpower ever produce a moderated Greener GP new ?
Actually thinking about it when did Greener stop making the GP, Probably before Moderated shotgun appeared?

I don’t think Hushpower ever used the GP, it went out of production in the 70′s.

A couple of questions if you wouldn’t mind answering them please.
I live in Northumberland and as you can imagine there are a mass of spots where we can hunt rabbit, what would you say would be the best way to go about getting an air rifle, im 22 and a few of my friends do it but am i just allowed to go to my local fishing/hunting shop and buy a .22 air rifle? what is a good 1st rifle?

There is more noise working the leaver for loading and unloading/ejecting the cartridge.

@appletreecone no its a shotgun gun certificate the other licence is a firearms certificate, they are licences butt they are called that, go on any uk police website the forms are labled as such(but may be under the catagory of firarms licencing)
